ZP999 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the ZP999 platform, including the website at zp999.onl, the ZP999 mobile application, and any related services or features. By accessing ZP999 or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as any additional policies referenced within them, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

ZP999 may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English and governed accordingly. If any section is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections continue in full effect.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To use ZP999's real-money services, you must register a player account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• You must be registering as an individual – corporate or business accounts are not permitted.
• You may only hold one account on ZP999. Creating more than one account is a breach of these Terms.

3Account Verification (KYC)

ZP999 is required to verify player identities as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This applies at the point of significant withdrawals, upon request by ZP999, or when account activity triggers a review.

Verification may require you to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
• Confirmation of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account in your name)

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All ZP999 financial transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and debit/credit cards.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on banking hours.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible.
• ZP999 reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the cashier section.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• ZP999 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for deposits will not be processed without additional verification.

5Bonuses & Promotions

ZP999 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each offer carries its own specific terms which are published alongside the promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonuses come with a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus amount – or any winnings derived from it – can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the time window stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• ZP999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it suspects the promotion is being abused or if the player has breached any part of these Terms.
• Players may only claim each specific bonus once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• ZP999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

ZP999 operates Casino games, Live Casino tables, Sports Betting, Fish Games, and Bingo. The following standards apply across all game categories:

• All Casino, Bingo, and Fish Game titles use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. No player, ZP999 staff, or third party can influence the outcome of any RNG game.
• Live Casino games are operated by third-party providers whose game mechanics are independently verified.
• Sports Betting outcomes are determined by the results of real-world sporting events. ZP999's published betting rules apply to how results are settled and how edge cases (abandoned matches, disqualifications) are handled.
• In the event of a software error or technical malfunction that produces an incorrect game result, ZP999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player.
• Any strategy that attempts to exploit a game's software, take advantage of apparent errors, or use external tools to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

ZP999 does not publish guaranteed return-to-player (RTP) figures as promotional material but ensures that all games are operated within industry-standard fairness parameters.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZP999. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension or permanent closure, and may result in the forfeiture of any balance held:

• Opening more than one ZP999 account per person
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's payment method for deposits or withdrawals
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (particularly in live games)
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to play games
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or misconfigurations for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime through the platform
• Abusing bonus structures through multi-accounting, structured deposits, or coordinated play
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

ZP999 monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited activity. Investigations may involve temporary restriction of the account while the review is in progress.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by ZP999: ZP999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time. Reasons may include breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or prolonged account inactivity. In cases of closure due to a Terms breach, ZP999 may withhold balances pending investigation.

Closure by the player: You may close your ZP999 account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method after standard identity checks are completed. Please allow reasonable processing time for final withdrawal of your balance upon closure.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their own access for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through ZP999 support. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access ZP999 services. Self-exclusion periods are detailed further in the Responsible Gaming policy.

Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. ZP999 will make reasonable attempts to notify you before any dormancy policy is applied to your balance.

9Responsible Gaming

ZP999 is an entertainment platform and takes responsible gaming seriously. We encourage all players to approach their sessions with a set PKR budget, a defined time limit, and a clear understanding that outcomes are determined by chance and past results do not affect future ones.

ZP999 provides self-exclusion options for players who feel their gaming is becoming problematic. Players can also set voluntary deposit limits and session time reminders through support. These tools are available to all registered players at any time.

11Limitation of Liability

ZP999 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability, ZP999 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical interruptions, errors, or downtime.

ZP999 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or game progress resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks)
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to your use of the platform

In all cases, ZP999's maximum liability to you in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the amount you deposited in connection with that incident.

ZP999 does not accept liability for any technical error that would result in a win that clearly falls outside the normal game parameters. Such results may be voided and the relevant stake returned.

12Changes to These Terms

ZP999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ZP999 will notify players by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. In some cases, a notification may be sent to your registered account.

Your continued use of ZP999 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change to the Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date of the change.

Routine corrections such as spelling, grammar, or formatting changes do not constitute material amendments and may be made without specific notification.
