Account Security & Login Guide

Keeping Your ZP999 Login Safe and Trouble-Free

Your ZP999 account login is the main point of security for your personal information and your PKR balance. A few sensible habits around your login credentials make a significant difference to how well your account is protected. This is especially important when you're playing on mobile in Pakistan, where devices are often shared or used on public networks.

The most basic – and still the most effective – thing you can do is choose a strong, unique password for your ZP999 account. That means at least eight characters, a mix of letters and numbers, and not the same password you use for your JazzCash, Easypaisa, email, or any other service. Reusing the same password across multiple platforms is one of the main reasons accounts get compromised. A password that exists only for your ZP999 login is a simple way to eliminate that risk.

If you share a device with family members, use the logout function after each ZP999 session rather than just closing the browser or app. The "remember me" option is convenient but it should only be used on a personal device that nobody else has access to. On a shared phone, logging out properly is the right habit.

ZP999 will never contact you by email, SMS, or chat to ask for your password. If you receive any message claiming to be from ZP999 that asks for your login credentials, treat it as suspicious and do not respond. Report it to ZP999 support instead. Legitimate account communication from ZP999 will never ask you to confirm or share your password.

If you think your ZP999 account may have been accessed without your permission – for example if you notice a deposit or withdrawal you did not make, or a session logged from an unusual device – contact ZP999 support through the in-platform live chat straight away. The support team can temporarily lock the account while the situation is investigated, and the earlier you flag it the easier it is to resolve.

For players who access ZP999 regularly, the mobile app is a more secure way to log in than a browser on a shared device. The ZP999 app stores your session separately from browser history and can be protected with your device's own security features like a PIN, pattern, or biometric authentication. You can download the app from the Download page.

If you have forgotten your ZP999 password, the recovery process is straightforward – you'll need access to the mobile number or email address associated with your account. If you've lost access to both, contact support directly and the team will guide you through the identity verification steps needed to regain access. There's no point trying to guess the password repeatedly as that will trigger additional security checks on the account.
